Lenze helical geared motors are available in capacities from 0.25 - 45 kW. The high ratio range up to i = 330 � combined with the close stepping = 1.12 � permits precise selection of the required output speed.

Servo motors with low-profile gearboxes

Lenze low-profile gearboxes (GFL) consist of parallel-axial gearboxes with high functionality. The two-stage basic design and high performance density due to ground teething with optimised profiling permits particularly compact designs. The universal-use output pitch circle and cuboid design with external surfaces that have no projecting ribs makes Lenze�s low-profile gearboxes easy to integrate.

Servo motors with helical-bevel gearboxes

Lenze helical-bevel gearboxes (GKS) consist of bevel gearboxes with high performance density and functionality. The three-stage basic design, low-play connecting elements and high teeth quality thanks to precision manufacture ensure less output torsional play than in comparable gearboxes.

Lenze motors with helical-bevel gearboxes are available in capacities from 0.25 kW - 45 kW. The high ratio range up to i = 1510 � combined with the close stepping = 1.12 � permits precise selection of the required output speed.

Servo motors and planetary or bevel gearboxes

High ratios with little backlash are offered by Lenze�s planetary and bevel gearboxes. Compact design and optimal attunement to the servo motors set benchmarks in their use for the most varied purposes. Dimensioning allowing for shock loads and ambient temperature ensures reliable operation. The bevel gearbox has solid or hollow shafts on the output side and is available with foot or flange, as desired. These motors have a torque range varying from 15 to 900 Nm with ratios of 1:1 to 1:6. The planetary gearboxes have solid shafts on the output end. There are three different products in our range. Low-backlash gearboxes with a torque range from 70 to 500 Nm and ratios between 1:4 and 1:143. Small planetary gearboxes with a torque range of 19 to 125 Nm and ratios from 1:3 to 1:1000. Planetary gearboxes with a torque range up to 13,000 Nm and ratios between 1:3-3 and 1:245.
